Seth Magaw has more than 20 years of experience in the Legal Technology field, focused on service delivery, client experience, and operational excellence. As Senior Director of eDiscovery Services at Array, he leads initiatives that align people, process, and technology to strengthen client partnerships and drive measurable Customer Success. Seth is passionate about advancing the role of Customer Success within legal technology, helping organizations move beyond transactional service models to deliver consistent, high-value client outcomes. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Leadership from Northeastern University, an Executive Management & Leadership certification from MIT Sloan Executive Education, and a Graduate Certificate in Accounting & Financial Decision Making from Northeastern’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business. Seth has spoken at numerous industry events including Legalweek, Relativity Fest, the Technology in Practice Conference (Toronto), ILTA Statewide Meetings, the Massachusetts Paralegal Association, and the University of New Orleans Paralegal Program.
