Thomas is the Senior Customer Community Manager at Box, a SaaS platform focused on intelligent content management, serving 67% of the Fortune 500. In his role, Thomas manages a global user base, focusing on driving digital adoption and engagement, delivering scaled education, and building the partner ecosystem.
Thomas is also co-founder of the Knowledge Graph Conference, a leading tech conference held annually at Cornell Tech in NYC. Before Box, Thomas worked at Stack Overflow, the leading developer community platform, and Unqork, a fintech startup in NYC, and previously directed the Masters in Applied Analytics at Columbia University.
Thomas spent over a decade at Goldman Sachs, rising to Senior Engineer and leading the Adoption Strategy for Enterprise Platforms.
Beginning his career at JP Morgan in London, Thomas completed the CFA, a Masterās in Science from Columbia University, and a Bachelorās in Electronic Engineering from University College. Dublin. Thomas lives in Manhattan with his family.
