She transformed Cisco’s customer success team for their video conferencing platform (WebEx) and evolved their practice to be to be digital first – just in time for the pandemic to hit and stress test the new onboarding journeys. Today she is building a customer success team from scratch - evolving organizational culture and driving customer centricity at the heart of Meta’s fast-growing business messaging business.
