Dan is an experienced SaaS Customer Success leader with over 10 years of experience across SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise customers. He has more than six years of leadership experience, including managing managers, and has built three Customer Success teams of 10+ people from the ground up. With a strong track record of exceeding GRR, NRR and CSQL targets, Dan specialises in developing scalable Customer Success frameworks, customer journeys and digital engagement models. He was named a CS Top 100 Strategist by SuccessHACKER in 2022 and one of EverAfter’s Top 25 Most Creative CS Leaders in 2023.
