Heather
McCarthy
Director of Customer Success
iTradeNetwork
Heather McCarthy is a dynamic customer success leader who has built her career at the intersection of sales and partnerships.. Across roles spanning foodtech and B2B experience platforms, she has consistently thrived in high-volume, fast-changing environments — building the frameworks, teams, and processes that let creative, customer-facing businesses scale without losing what makes them work. She's driven by a hands-on, analytical approach: auditing existing systems, finding what's holding parts of the business back from reaching their full potential, and introducing the structure needed to drive profitability while preserving flexibility for the people doing the work. Heather currently serves as Director of Customer Success at iTradeNetwork. Previously, she spent nearly four years as Head of Culinary Partnerships at Zerocater, where she led the team responsible for sourcing and managing the company's nationwide network, launching 10 markets and growing the partnership network by 5x . Earlier in her career, she was Vice President of Sales and Operations at Cozymeal — where she built the sales and operational support functions from the ground up. Across every role, Heather's throughline has been the same: cultivating trust with stakeholders and partners, and turning operational complexity into sustainable, profitable growth.

Capturing customer value with AI: Aligning vision with measurable impact
Most CS organizations have an AI strategy on paper. Far fewer can show a customer, or their own board, what that strategy has delivered. As AI moves from pilot projects into daily CS operations, and as vendors shift toward outcome-based and consumption pricing, the gap between AI ambition and provable value is becoming a commercial risk rather than a reporting problem. This session looks at how CS leaders are closing that gap. We’ll cover how to translate a broad AI vision into a small set of customer outcomes you can measure, how to replace the annual ROI review with live value tracking customers actually use, and how to decide where AI agents should act on their own and where a CSM needs to stay in the loop. You’ll leave with a practical model for connecting AI investment to retention, expansion and the renewal conversation. Key takeaways: - How to turn an AI vision statement into three to five measurable customer outcomes that hold up in a renewal or board conversation - Why pricing tied to outcomes and usage puts CS on the hook for proving value continuously, and how to prepare your team for it - How to move from static QBR decks to live value dashboards built on product usage and business results - A framework for scaling AI from pilot to production, including the guardrails that keep agent-led work accountable
