Tracy is passionate about delivering effective and efficient customer experiences. Having worked both at startups and large financial institutions, she has focused her entire career on enhancing the post-sales customer journey and has leveraged technology to improve operations along the way. Throughout her time at Carta Tracy held several leadership roles focused on scaling Cusromer Successs and Delivery Operations. Most recently Tracy served as the Senior Director of Customer Success leading teams across the US and Brazil responsible for the experience of ~30,000 customers using Carta’s equity management software.
