David Kahn currently serves as the Global VP, Cloud ERP Customer Success Leader at SAP. With over 25 years of experience leading transformation services, Go-To-Market, and customer success operations in information technology organizations, David is now responsible for driving awesome customer experiences, solution adoption, value realization, and renewals for customers who leverage SAP ERP, Supply Chain, and Finance Solutions. Previously, David held roles within SAP in post-merger integration and solution management where he led the Go-To-Market strategy for the world’s most broadly deployed supply chain planning software and SAP’s first natively built cloud software.
