From his early days, Edward has been interested in the mechanics behind how successful businesses run. Though, his beginning in start-up tech sales is what informed his personal vision for the future: to be in charge of his own fate. Edward’s motivation led him to a position heading customer success and sales at one of the fastest growing cloud infrastructure providers in the world. There, he deeply embedded his roots in Customer Success by building the function from the ground up before founding his own company. Now, as the co-founder and CEO at Catalyst, Edward leads the number one platform for customer-led growth and helps other businesses generate revenue from their customers with precision.
