Kathy-Anne McManus is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer experience and professional services across various technology and media companies. Currently serving as EVP & Chief Customer Officer at CDK Global since December 2022, McManus previously held executive roles at Avid, including Chief Customer Experience Officer and SVP, and as SVP at Amdocs and Ericsson. With a solid foundation in customer success and consulting, McManus has also contributed to companies like Adobe and Telstra, as well as establishing a media consultancy in Australia/New Zealand. McManus holds an Executive Program degree in Professional Services from Harvard Business School.
