Vice President of Customer Success
Michael likes to joke that he's spent his whole career in customer success, he just didn't know it. With over 20 years of experience in post-sales leadership roles for technology companies, he's a customer-centric and data-driven executive with a passion for helping customers realize value by building cross-functional consensus among product, marketing, sales and executive teams to make that happen. He's served as the customer success and post-sales leader at hypergrowth companies Vanta, SecurityScorecard and Tanium. Before discovering the term customer success at an industry conference, he led global professional services teams at NCR and progress software.
