Temy Mancusi-Ungaro is a seasoned SaaS executive with over 20 years of experience scaling high-growth technology companies. As Chief Customer Officer at ButterflyMX, he leads customer success and service operations, delivering seamless experiences for millions of residents across thousands of properties. Previously, as CEO of Reachdesk, he drove 4× revenue growth and expanded the team to 300 employees, earning G2’s “Fastest-Growing Product” and “Best Places to Work” honors. He has also held leadership roles at Electric AI and Yext, helping scale both organizations through hypergrowth with a focus on retention and customer outcomes. Temy holds a B.A. in Economics from Yale University, studied in Costa Rica and Argentina, and lives in Westport, Connecticut with his wife and four boys—who prove to be the biggest operational challenge of them all.
