Temy Mancusi-Ungaro is a seasoned SaaS executive with over two decades of experience scaling high-growth technology companies from startup to IPO. Known for blending strategic insight with operational execution, he has helped build multiple B2B software businesses exceeding $1 billion in enterprise value. As Chief Customer Officer at ButterflyMX, Temy leads customer success and service operations, aligning teams to deliver simple, reliable, and delightful experiences for millions of residents across thousands of properties. Previously, as CEO of Reachdesk, he drove 4× revenue growth, expanded the team to 300 employees, and earned G2’s “Fastest-Growing Product” and “Best Places to Work” honors. Earlier, at Electric AI and Yext, he helped scale both organizations through hypergrowth, focusing on retention, efficiency, and customer outcomes. Temy holds a B.A. in Economics from Yale University, studied in Costa Rica and Argentina, and lives in Westport, Connecticut with his wife and four boys—who prove to be the biggest operational challenge of them all.
