Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Global Services and Customer Success at Hyland, where he led 800 team members, scaled the Services business from $30M to $160M, and launched Managed Services as a key revenue driver. He has deep experience in enterprise transformations, aligning services to customer outcomes, and creating durable growth engines for companies from $50M to $1B ARR.
