Brian Roybal is passionate about bringing Management Consulting acumen and learnings to the world of Customer Success. Before Customer Success, Brian led IT and Cybersecurity transformation projects for large enterprises. For the past 8 years, he has worked in the SaaS Cybersecurity space. As the Director of Strategic Customer Success at Okta, Brian motivates and leads a talented team entrusted with Okta's marquee accounts. As the industry evolves, he challenges himself and his team to continually learn and adapt - forging winning strategies along the way. Outside of work, Brian stays busy helping his family with amazing projects. Current projects include an Airbnb, a guinea pig grooming business, & EDM music.
