Before Customer Success, Brian led IT and Cybersecurity transformation projects for large enterprises. For the past 8 years, he has worked in the SaaS Cybersecurity space. As the Director of Strategic Customer Success at Okta, Brian motivates and leads a talented team entrusted with Okta's marquee accounts. As the industry evolves, he challenges himself and his team to continually learn and adapt - forging winning strategies along the way. Outside of work, Brian stays busy helping his family with amazing projects. Current projects include an Airbnb, a guinea pig grooming business, & EDM music.
