Phillip is responsible for handling all of the back-end operations for Customer Success, including tooling (such as Gainsight, Zendesk, Jira/Opsgenie, etc), workforce management, program management, KPI/OKR setting and tracking, and setting initiatives/strategy for the future to achieve company goals. Prior to WPVIP, Phillip ran large-scale programs as a Director or VP at Cloudera, Dimension Data, British Telecom and Sun Microsystems. He has broad experience across systems and data center architecture and operations, cloud computing, high-performance computing, and security operations.
