Tracey Landstrom is a dedicated professional with over a decade of experience in customer success and operational strategy. As Director of Customer Success at G2, she focuses on helping SMB and Mid-Market clients achieve their goals through effective onboarding, adoption, and retention strategies. She also developed and launched a pilot program to create a more digital-first approach for customers that is now supporting thousands of customers. Before G2, Tracey held roles at Adobe and in the nonprofit industry, where she worked on improving processes, supporting teams, and scaling programs to meet growing needs. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, horseback riding, golfing, and rafting throughout Colorado.
