She is currently a Founding Product Manager at Pylon, where she helps shape the company’s product strategy and customer experience. Previously, Ava held product leadership roles at Spot AI, serving as Director of Product and Product Team Lead, driving innovation across video intelligence and remote security solutions. Before Spot AI, she spent more than four years at Samsara, advancing from Customer Support Engineer to Product Manager II and leading initiatives across safety, hardware, video delivery, and AI-powered detection systems. Ava brings a unique blend of technical expertise, operational rigor, and customer-centric product development to high-growth technology companies.
