Michael (Mike) Nashold is the North America Market Lead for Services Customer Success at Mastercard. He and his team ensure Mastercard partners maximize value from the company’s Services solutions, driving enablement, optimization, and successful adoption of new products and programs across the region. Previously, Mike led the Citi U.S. Consumer relationship across credit, retail banking, and Citi Retail Services, and also served as the Global Data & Services Lead for Citibank. Over his career at Mastercard, he has built deep expertise in credit card marketing strategy, portfolio management, loyalty solutions, and process design. With more than 25 years of consulting experience in the payments industry, Mike has led initiatives spanning product design, customer experience, marketing execution, large-scale technology implementations, and strategic advisory engagements for major financial institutions. Before joining Mastercard, Mike was a Manager at Accenture, where he guided financial institutions through business process redesign and enterprise technology transformations.
