Mike Lemire is the founder of Harmonic Leadership and one of the more unusual people you'll meet at a CS event: an operator who has actually built the teams, scaled the systems, and then turned that experience into a practice helping others do the same.
His CS career spans some of the most formative growth stories in SaaS. At HubSpot he launched the Professional Services team, working with executives from small business to Fortune 100. At Notarize he built the Customer Success, Support, and Onboarding functions from the ground up. His most defining chapter was at Toast, where he joined the leadership team to create a more scalable CS organization and helped grow the customer base from 10,000 to over 100,000, with a focus on data, operational excellence, and culture, through and beyond the company's IPO.
After Toast, Mike spent time in AI-driven healthcare at Overjet as VP of Customer Success, where he discovered that the work he loved most was developing the people around him. That realization led to the launch of Harmonic Leadership in 2024, where he now works with CS leaders and teams as a fractional executive, strategist, and facilitator.
Mike's workshop style is practical and participatory. He doesn't lecture. He designs experiences where teams do the real work together, leave with something concrete, and know exactly what to do on Monday morning.
