Alfie Britten is Head of Customer Success at Anima (YC W21), a clinical operating system working towards personalised medicine and a fundamental change in how UK healthcare is delivered. He joined when Customer Success was a role rather than a function, and has spent the time since making it one. His team supports over 1,300 GP practices, serving more than 20% of the UK patient population. Before Anima he was at Sensor Tower, Tessian and Codacy, in Customer Success and later account management and sales. Having carried both a quota and a portfolio throughout his career, he runs CS commercially, with GRR and NRR at the centre.
