Andreja is a director with over 15 years of global experience in customer success, finance, risk management, and fintech. She has been based in multiple European countries while working in finance and risk management. Andreja's currently based in The Netherlands and has had multiple roles in customer success, establishing a high-performing team in EMEA and extending to APAC before taking on a project of establishing a global digital customer success program. After internal reorganisation she’s back to leading the EMEA Customer Success team.
