Matthew Bond is the Director of Customer Support at Algolia, overseeing the global support teams. With a strong technical background from 14+ years in software development. At Algolia, Matthew has successfully scaled the support organization to provide their first comprehensive suite of dedicated support plans. He also helped to set up and run the Mentorship program at Algolia to build up skills throughout the company. He is also currently working on building two different new teams within the Support Organisation to further expand the capabilities of the Algolia Support Organisation.
