The Executive Briefing: From Escalation to Strategic Insight
Leadership can't solve problems they don't see. Your role is to make those hidden issues impossible to ignore. In this session, Cory Edmonds, VP, Customer Experience at PowerSchool, will teach you how to be a strategic storyteller, using data from customer escalations to weave compelling narratives about systemic issues your C-Suite needs to understand. You'll master the art of pairing a problem with a clear, actionable recommendation, providing a roadmap for product and process improvements. By learning to show the financial or reputational cost of unaddressed issues, you'll shift your team from a cost center to a strategic partner that proactively improves the bottom line.
