She currently leads the Support Strategy & Ops team at LinkedIn, supporting member and customers globally. Previously, Shubha led the team that designed and drove CX/support strategy for Uber customers across North America. Prior to Uber, she started and led a strategy team for sales and customer ops at Dell EMC. In these roles, she discovered her passion and strength in building high-performing teams and driving impact in the Customer Experience & Support space.
