Simon is the Co-Founder and CEO of Plain, the support infrastructure for the age of AI. Before Plain, Simon was an early employee and executive at Deliveroo, where he built and led the Design function as the company scaled from 10 people in London to 2000 people in 12 countries around the world. He started Plain in 2020 to rebuild customer support from the ground up — for a world where AI agents and humans work side by side, and the companies running them are increasingly engineering-led.
