With over two decades of experience in the IT industry, I offer a comprehensive background in Service Delivery, Project Management, Quality Assurance, and Process Improvement. My expertise spans across a variety of technology solutions, with a strong track record of managing client relationships across key sectors such as Federal, Financial, Healthcare, and Education.
Currently serving as Director of Client Success, I lead operational and strategic planning efforts to ensure timely and high-quality client engagement. I am responsible for the overall client lifecycle, including managing renewals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the Client Success team.
My extensive background in both technical and managerial roles, along with certifications such as ITIL, ScrumMaster, and System Security Certified Practitioner, allows me to bridge the gap between technology and business objectives, ensuring a focus on client success.
