With over 14 years of experience, she is a seasoned customer success leader, program manager, and strategic advisor with a proven track record in health systems operations, strategic planning, and IT project management. Since joining Salesforce, Janice has successfully guided her account through complex challenges. Her expertise in Federal Government healthcare, particularly with agencies like the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), has seen her oversee IT projects impacting over 2 million Veterans annually. Notably, she led the implementation of two Salesforce-based IT projects for the VA. Janice holds four Salesforce certifications, including AI Associate, ensuring that she consistently delivers cutting-edge solutions for her clients. Her leadership philosophy is grounded in collaboration, customer-centricity, and helping others achieve success both professionally and personally.
