In his past experience he has been an individual contributing CSM, and grew his career to lead an entire post-sale team of Customer Success, Customer Support, Onboarding, Renewals Management, and Training Professionals focused on value-driven relationship building, churn prevention, application adoption planning, and subscription renewal engagements. Mike also is an Adjunct Professor at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
