Najeeb Ahmed is a Senior Director at Microsoft Federal, where he leads a team of cloud and technology experts helping U.S. government agencies accelerate mission outcomes through cloud, data, AI, security, and digital transformation. A retired U.S. Air Force Colonel, Najeeb brings more than 30 years of leadership experience spanning federal technology, acquisition strategy, congressional engagement, and large-scale mission operations. Following a distinguished military career, he transitioned into the technology sector through a Silicon Valley startup, where he helped drive cloud infrastructure initiatives and founded a veteran-focused employee resource group, before joining Google to help federal agencies modernize through cloud adoption and digital transformation. Today, he advises senior government leaders on technology strategy and innovation while leading one of Microsoft's largest Federal Customer Success organizations. Najeeb holds a master's degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), an MBA from Indiana University, is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Test Pilot School, and is recognized for translating complex technological opportunities into measurable mission and business outcomes.
