Laura is portfolio leader in Salesforce's customer success group, with deep experience around CRM and enabling client value for enterprise customers. Her team specializes in helping high-tech customers adapt to a rapidly changing business climate to achieve aggressive digital and operational goals. Laura's role is to work at the intersection of business transformation and technology solutions to meet customer priorities and drive value. Laura brings 15 years of experience around sales, service, and channel solutions, over the course of which she has worked with clients embarking on some of the largest business and technology transformation programs. She has extensive experience leading cross-functional and global teams across multiple platforms and processes. With the exception of two years spent in France where she cultivated a deep appreciation of 'fromage et vin', Laura is a long-time Silicon Valley native. She takes full advantage of the California sunshine and enjoys running and cycling in her spare time - and can often be found training for her next race!
