Matt is a Director of Enterprise Client Success at Indeed where he leads teams who help some of the largest businesses in the world make hires and promote their employer brand using Indeed. He oversees the Enterprise Client Success teams who work with Indeed’s Logistics and Strategic Account customers. Over the last 9 years in Customer Success, his passion has been solving complex problems for clients and his team, driving custom solutions, and building strong partnerships with Product and go-to-market teams to help clients maximize value. He lives in NYC with his partner and rescue pup, Toby.
