Sebastián has been at HubSpot for more than three years and is currently the Director of CS for the North American mid-market customer segment, the second largest in the company on a global scale. Before that role, Sebastián led the customer success teams for Latin America, based in Bogotá. His passion for customer success started at UBITS, an online e-learning platform, where he was the first employee, built and led the sales and CS teams, supported the company in getting accepted to Y Combinator, and scaled its physical presence to three countries.
