Debbie Kreisher is the Senior Director of Customer Success at Cohere Health. In her first year, she designed and structured the Customer Success team to engage partnerships by building trust and producing loyalty among our steady-state customers. Customer Success at Cohere is made up of both Provider Success and Client Success–ensuring our payers, providers, and users are engaged, trained, and educated on the prior authorization value Cohere brings to the relationships. Prior to Cohere, Debbie worked as a Director of Strategy and Product Management at Altais, a healthcare technology startup for Blue Shield of California. Before Altais, Debbie was a Sr. Consultant for Artesient Consulting, specializing in Virtual Care and Healthcare Technology for Kaiser, Blue Shield of CA, and other leading payer groups. In her early career, Debbie held positions like Strategic Account Executive for CalPERS and HealthNet Federal Services, focusing on TRICARE. Debbie holds a Six Sigma Green Belt in Healthcare, an MBA with emphasis in customer satisfaction, and a BA in Business Marketing.
