Malissa Binkley is the Chief Operating Officer at Cohere Health. During her three years at Cohere Health she has designed, developed and scaled the customer success, contact center and production operations leadership teams moving from Senior Vice President of Operations to Executive Vice President to now the COO. Malissa's leadership strengths include driving overall operational growth, including tactical execution of Cohere's business objectives. Prior to working at Cohere, Malissa held the title of Senior Vice President of Operations at both ModivCare and Circulation. She is a leader of leaders tasked with aggressive change management objectives focused on vision and direction, remaining actively engaged from strategy through execution. By fostering a collaborative culture at all levels of the organization, Malissa continues to develop enhanced efficiencies and partnerships to drive industry best practices for customer success from sales to loyalty.
