Ben currently works for Engaging Networks as their Vice President of Global Client Success. He leads a team of amazing individuals that work with nonprofits on their supporter engagement and digital strategy around fundraising, advocacy, and email marketing. He spends his time making sure that clients can take advantage of a robust eCRM platform. His team works to ensure that clients understand how their technology stack works together to allow them to raise more money, get more clicks, and push out more advocacy actions. Ben's leadership practice focuses on empowerment, empathy, and collaboration. He is a servant leader that works closely with his team to ensure they have tools, resources, and skills to do their jobs and enjoy their careers. Ben is currently exploring the intersection of human-centered design and digital transformation as a way to drive innovation. When not helping out his team and our clients, Ben enjoys spending time with his wife, two dogs, and a cat at their place in Arlington, Virginia. You can probably find him running throughout the region most mornings. He holds a Masters Degree in Education from the University of Arizona and an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
