Amy recently joined RingCentral as the Regional Vice President of Customer Success at RingCentral, building teams that deliver customer love to their top customers. Previously she led customer success organizations at Google. Also an Executive Customer Success coach and facilitator, she helps people and businesses attain growth through strategic planning, branding and execution.
