With 15 years of experience in Customer Success and Marketing, Emily excels in simplifying complexity and driving large-scale initiatives. Her work on Cisco's Webex Adoption Methodology and digital success motion was shortlisted as a "Most Innovative Initiative" by the Customer Success Excellence Awards in 2022. Today, she leads RingCentral's vision for the customer journey as part of the Chief Customer Officer's organization. Emily holds degrees and certifications from the University of Pennsylvania and MIT Sloan School of Management. Yet, her proudest achievements are her two Webby Awards and her tenure as the mayor of Space Mountain on FourSquare.
