Nick brings over 30 years of extensive experience in worldwide field services, customer success, professional service, portfolio management, business strategy and partner management. As the Vice President of Global Customer Success at Aryaka, Nick is responsible for the growth and maturity of the company’s customer success business as he leads the strategy and execution of all phases of the customer journey (Adoption, Expansion, Retention and Advocacy) Nick joined Aryaka from Palo Alto Networks where he was the Global Head of the Network Security Customer Success business driving the SASE business and High Touch Focused Services. Before that, he was the Global Head for Customer Success at HPE supporting the GreenLake business where he led all operational, enablement, and strategy aspect of the business Prior to HPE, he was the CCO at BlueData (acquired by HPE) as well as held executive management roles at Hitachi, NetApp, Sun Microsystems and HP Nick is a two-time winner of the HITEC 100 most influential global Hispanic executives in technology (2024 & 2019) and was named Top 100 Customer Success Strategist in 2020 by SuccessCoaching. Nick holds a Bachelor in science in Computer Engineering from ESPOL Polytechnic University in Ecuador.
