With a decade of customer-focused experience, Kelly has transitioned from her (failed!) food startup to the tech sector. With an entrepreneurial appetite, she initially joined an early-stage start-up as part of the founding team responsible for the entire customer lifecycle (acquisition, success, renewal) and GTM strategy.
Kelly is currently at Workable, where she joined as the first UK AM (2019) and is currently Director of Global Account Management where she is focussed on improving global GRR/NRR and overseeing strategic projects associated with this. Kelly's strong belief in team happiness driving customer satisfaction underscores her passion for people management.
