Minna is a passionate customer advocate, and life-long learner. Minna has held leadership roles for over 12+ years in various companies, worked as an expat for over 8 years and travelled 65+ countries. She is currently Head of Customer Success and Accounts at Thrive Partners and previous roles have seen her leading Customer Success in a Learning Tech organisation called Growth Engineering and in the Hospitality Tech industry. Minna has frequent contributor to the Customer Success collective, particularly on topics of leading and scaling CS teams as well as leadership in multicultural context. She is also mentoring the next generation of Customer Success leaders.
